Pen y Fan (8 June)
Last Saturday 7 volunteers walked up and down the highest peak in South Wales to raise money for UNA Exchange's community work in Wales. Together they raised a total of £143.20 whilst dressed as pirates, a rugby player, a lady swimmer from 1921 and a man dressed as a woman! So we'd like to thank them all very much for their efforts. You can see a picture of us at the summit. From left to right: Julia, Jonny, Tracy, Mark, Jon, Vicky and Sarah. Diolch yn fawr!

Medium / Long Term Volunteering (MLTV) Projects (10 March)
Are you looking to go away for longer than two or three weeks? How about a project that lasts 3, 6 or even 12 months? Well we'll definatetely be able to help you! There are two ways of finding MLTV projects, the first if by ticking the 'Projects over 1 month' box in out searchable database of projects . The other way of finding MLTV projects is by surfing over to our Medium / Long Term Volunteering page. The projects on that page are more flexible (and therefore can't be put into our database) so it's generally up to you when you want to start and how long you'd like to stay for. As always if you have any queries about projects abroad then contact Owain.
