Organisational Reports

UNA Exchange is governed by a constitution , containing certain rules and procedures which must be adhered to. The Executive Committee, which by virtue of its election by the members has legal responsibility for the organisation, must work by the guidance held within the constitution.

Each year we produce an Annual Report which presents our activities for the preceding 12 months. This is accompanied by a set of audited Annual Accounts which set out how the organisation was financed. It is a legal requirement that both of these documents are filed with the Charity Commission each year.

There are many other documents produced throughout the year in the form of plans or reports. Our Three Year Plan in particular sets out where the organisation is going and what we plan to do.
